He has a team of professionals specializing in marketing and sale of REO properties. With more than nine years experience in the metro Atlanta real estate market and REO specialization since 2006, Gregory understands the importance to expedite listing to closing activities in a timely manner. His team provides efficiency with all facets of the REO process, including eviction coordination, property maintenance, contract negotiation, BPO and marketing reports. Gregory has gained advanced training in REO disposition through REOMAC, LPS Asset Management Solutions and Five Star Conferences.

The REO Market
The REO market differs greatly from retail real estate. In the REO market, we have more of a responsibility to the Seller since the Seller is usually not local. Private sellers usually occupy their properties. REO properties are vacant. The condition of the properties varies greatly and generally requires servicing. Private sellers are individuals, REO sellers are corporations and banks.
The sale process is more complicated for an unskilled agent. The buyer and other agents must be educated as to the particular process uniquely associated with REO properties. Selling REO properties requires a business system, a team and experience. With nine years of experience specializing in sales, marketing, negotiations, finance, accounting and taxes, we have a clear understanding of what you expect.
